As the Body of Christ in Greenbelt, Maryland, members of St. Hugh of Grenoble have been given the charisms, gifts and practical resources to be a sign of the Lord’s providence and new life in the local community.
Parishioners are asked to prayerfully discern how they will offer their gifts and resources to the parish. All parishioners are encouraged to give sacrificially, with the confidence that “the Lord will not be outdone in his generosity” (St. Teresa of Avila).
To register for offering envelopes, kindly contact the Parish Office at 301-474-4322.
For convenient online giving through FaithDirect, register here. Our parish code is MD593.
Each year the parish receives a report. Please click HERE for the 2020 Parishioner's Report
“We are in the time of action-the time in which to put to use the gifts of God not for ourselves, but for Him, for the Church, for others, the time during which always to try to increase the good in the world....It is important not to close in upon oneself, burying one's talent, one’s own spiritual, intellectual, material riches, everything that the Lord has given us, but to open oneself, to be in solidarity, to be attentive to the other.”
- Pope Francis, April 25, 2013
O Lord and my God, take from me everything that distances me from you. My Lord and my God, give me everything that brings me closer to you. My Lord and my God, detach me from myself to give my all to you.
-St. Nicholas of Flue (1417-1487)
